- To keep records we are required to keep, including for tax. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There is more detail on our cookies page.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and our email provider, and only so far as they need it. We will disclose data where the law requires it.
Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests through infrastructure that may sit outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we rely on the appropriate safeguards permitted under UK data protection law.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to work we carried out are kept for seven years, which is the period we are required to keep financial records for. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email info@digitalprbirmingham.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and our email is protected by multi-factor authentication.
